Generations of leadership and management provide strength and stability.
Investment Through Ownership
The Peninsula of Charleston is the first and only ownership model senior living community in Charleston. This model offers individual ownership of each residence and empowers owners with the option to sell their residence or designate it as an inheritance.
By owning your residence, you’re investing in a legacy you can pass on to your family. Continue to live your lifestyle in the city you love while feeling secure in your investment.
The Peninsula of Charleston is not your normal retirement community. It’s peace of mind on the peninsula.
Family History
The Peninsula of Charleston is co-owned and operated by Liberty Senior Living and Evening Post Industries. These two fourth-generation, family-led businesses have deep roots in the Carolinas, as well as decades of experience in the hospitality and healthcare world.
Liberty Health

The Evening Post
